    Temperatures average 81 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast and 63 degrees in the mountains. Coastal daytime temperatures peak between January and May, reaching up to 90 degrees, and rarely fall below 71 degrees at night. In the mountains, temperatures can drop to 48 degrees.

    Relative humidity in this region is consistently around 85 percent. It dips to 75-80 percent in January and February and peaks at 90 percent in June, September, and November. Winds from the south are common during the day, while nights are generally calm with light breezes from the east.
